Emeline Smith joined APNC in 2025 as the new Center of Excellence for Gambling Addiction Policy & Practice Manager. In previous roles, Emeline worked for pro bono legal projects that often served participants of recovery and reentry programs. Through this work, she developed an interest in equipping addiction professionals with more comprehensive client-facing resources, including resources focused on consumer protection and financial and legal literacy, particularly for professionals working to prevent and treat gambling addiction. Outside of work, Emeline loves movie nights with friends, binging podcasts while cooking, and spending time with family.
