Jarrett Patrick
Director of Public Policy
Jarrett Patrick came to APNC with a background in advocacy and policy at the North Carolina General Assembly. A proud alumnus of NC State University (Go Pack!), he holds a Master’s in History from North Carolina Central University. For Jarrett, the work of APNC is deeply personal, as addiction has had a profound impact on his family, as it has for many in rural Appalachia. Outside of his role at APNC, Jarrett is passionate about dogs, college basketball and football, reading, hiking, and spending quality time with the people he loves.
